Abstract
Kako bi se povećala sigurnost putnika, brodskog osoblja i broda te smanjio broj pomorskih nezgoda, nastale su internacionalne organizacije koje su svojim regulativama i mjerama sigurnosti nastojale povećati sigurnost morske plovidbe i broda. Uveden je Svjetski pomorski sustav za pogibelj i sigurnost (engl. Global Maritime Distress and Safety System – GMDSS) zahvaljujući kojem je omogućena lakša komunikacija između broda i kopna u raznim smjerovima. Učinkovita komunikacija predstavlja osnovni element za učinkovitu i sigurnu plovidbu svakog broda bilo kojim područjem plovidbe. Da bi se uspostavila komunikacija sustav funkcionira po principu brod-satelit-kopno i njihova međusobna komunikacija. Komunikacijska oprema koju će neki brod ugraditi ovisi o morskom području plovidbe broda. Tako je za A2 morsko područje potrebna ugradba opreme vrlo visoke frekvencije (engl. Very High Frequency – VHF) i opreme srednje frekvencije (engl. Medium Frequency – MF) koja uključuje radiotelefoniju, radioteleks i digitalni selektivni poziv (engl. Digital Selective Call – DSC).
Abstract (english)
In order to increase the safety of passengers, ship's personnel and ships and to reduce the number of maritime accidents, international organizations have emerged which, through their regulations and safety measures, have sought to increase the safety of maritime navigation and ships. Thus the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (engl. Global Maritime Distress and Safety System – GMDSS) was introduced, which enabled easier communication between the ship and the mainland in various directions. Effective communication is a basic element for the efficient and safe navigation of any ship in any sea area. In order to establish communication, the system operates on the principle of ship-satellite-land and their mutual communication. The communication equipment that a ship will install depends on the sea area of the ship's navigation. Thus, for the A2 sea area, the installation of VHF and MF equipment including radiotelephony, radiotelex and digital selective call.
