Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađena je tema poslovnih sastanaka. Prvenstveno služe kako bi ojačali povjerenje i održali kontakt sa klijentima i zaposlenicima. Svaki poslovan čovjek tj. menadžer trebao bi imati izrazito napredne vještine pregovaranja, rješavanja problema, izražavanja te najbitnije uvažavanja mišljenja ostalih sugovornika. Također, sudionike poslovnog sastanka je vrlo bitno zainteresirati za temu sastanka te ih uključiti u razgovor. Do zaključka sastanka ili eventualnog rješavanja nekog problema može se doći zajedničkim udruživanjem mišljenja te kompromisom obje strane. U ovom radu objašnjen je princip održavanja poslovnog sastanka te sve njegove karakteristike. Postoje razne vrste poslovnih sastanaka i među najbitnijim poslovni bonton koji bi trebao uvijek biti prisutan. Rad je sastavljen od teorije te istraživanja pomoću sudjelovanja na jednom poslovnom sastanku lokalnog poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
In this undergraduate thesis it has been processed the topic of a business meetings. They primarily serve to strengthen confidence and to maintain contact with clients and employees. Every businessman i.e. manager should have extremely advanced skills of negotiation, problem solving, expression and most importantly respect for other participants opinion. Also, it is very important to interest them on the topic of the meeting and to include them in the conversation. For conclusion of the meeting or a possible solution of some problem, it can be reached by associating common opinions or by compromise of both sides. This work explains the principle of maintenance a business meeting and all its characteristics. There are various types of a business meetings and among them the most important business bon ton which should always be present. The work consists of theory and research by participating in a business meeting of a local company.
