Abstract
Zadataka ovog završnog rada je ukazati na sprječavanje onečišćenja mora uljima i ispušnim plinovima. U radu su prikazani međunarodni i domaći pravni propisi koji reguliraju područje sprječavanja onečišćenja mora s brodova te uređaji i oprema namijenjena tome. Kako bi se jasnije prikazalo kako onečišćenje djeluje na morski okoliš, analizirana su postojeća istraživanja koja su se tijekom prošlosti bavila onečišćenjem morskog okoliša uljima s brodova. U posljednje vrijeme sve se više ukazuje na posljedice onečišćenja ispušnim plinova te se u okviru ovog područja prikazuje na koji način se propisima regulira sprječavanje onečišćenja morskog okoliša ispušnim plinova. Zaključak rada je kako se propisima, tehnologijama i tehnološkim rješenjima može značajno utjecati na smanjenje onečišćenja. Kada do onečišćenja dođe potrebno je pravovremeno i stručno reagirati kako bi posljedice onečišćenja bile što manje na morski okoliš.
Abstract (english)
The task of this final paper is to point out the prevention of sea pollution with oil and exhaust gases. The paper presents international and domestic legal regulations governing the field of prevention of sea pollution from ships and devices and equipment intended for that purpose. In order to show more clearly how pollution affects the marine environment, existing research that has dealt with pollution of the marine environment with oils from ships in the past has been analyzed. Recently, the consequences of exhaust gas pollution have been increasingly pointed out, and within this area it is shown how regulations regulate the prevention of marine pollution by exhaust gases. The conclusion of the paper is that regulations, technologies and technological solutions can significantly affect the reduction of pollution. When pollution occurs, it is necessary to react in a timely and professional manner so that the consequences of pollution are as small as possible on the marine environment.
