Abstract
Početak ovog rada odnosi se na vodu na brodu, njene fizikalne i kemijske osobine, svojstva morske vode koja je normalni okoliš za većinu brodova, ukratko je objašnjena proizvodnja slatke vode na brodu te napojna voda za kotlove i njena podjela. Zatim su opisani sustavi pare i vode brodskog generatora pare. Objašnjen je osnovni R-C toplinski proces te sustav s međupregrijanjem. Istaknuta je svrha kontroliranja te su navedene granične vrijednosti nekih faktora: slobodnog kisika, silicija, ukupne tvrdoće te pH vrijednosti, za napojnu vodu i vodu u kotlu za različite radne tlakove. Također su navedeni i objašnjeni pogonski problemi uzrokovani vodom kao što su korozija , taloženje kamenca i odnošenja kapljica vode s parom. Ukratko je objašnjeno kako i na koji način se uzimaju uzorci te je prikazan formular koji se pri tome ispunjava. Opisane su metode analize i tretmana vode brodskih generatora pare koje se koriste kako bi se izbjegli pogonski problemi
Abstract (english)
The beginning of this work refers to the water on bord, it's physical and chemical properties, properties of seawater which is a normal environment for most ships.The production of fresh water and boiler feed water on bord is explained in short. Steam and water system of the ship's steam generator are then described. The basic R-C thermal proces and the steam system with interheating are explained in short also. The purpose of control and the limit values of some factors are stated, like free oxygen, silica, total hardness and pH value for feed water and boiler water both for different work preassures. Operating problems caused by water like corrosion, scale deposition and carry over are listed and explained. Sample taking points and procedures are described, also sample information form, which should be completed, is shown in picture. Methods of analysis and treatment of water that are used to prevent problems which occure due to water impurities are described.
