Abstract
GMDSS je svjetski pomorski sustav za pogibelj i sigurnost koji se primjenjuje na brodovima na koje se odnosi SOLAS konvencija.. Nakon implementacije GMDSS na brodove počinju se koristiti GMDSS simulatori koji simuliraju moguće scenarije na brodu. Uvode se s ciljem kako bi korisnici naučili koristiti i procijeniti upotrebu komunikacijske opreme na brodu, na način da se simuliraju uvjeti koji se mogu pojaviti u stvarnim situacijama na brodu. WÄRTSILÄ GMDSS simulator TGS 5000 vjerodostojno simulira SAILOR 6000 konzolu te kvalitetno prikazuje upotrebu komunikacija između brodova i obalnih stanica. Sistem simulatora je prilagodljiv za korištenje direktno na operativnim brodovima i na pomorskim učilištima, kao i u službama pomorskih tvrtaka prilikom stjecanja, provjere ili održavanja radio komunikacijskog znanja.
Abstract (english)
GMDSS is Global Maritime Distress and Safety System which is used on the ships to which SOLAS convention applies. After the implementation of GMDSS on ships, GMDSS simulators start to being used which simulate possible outcomes. They are introduced with the objective in regard of help the users to learn how to use and evaluate usage of communication equipment onboard ships, in a a way that simulates conditions which can appear in actual situations on ship.. The WÄRTSILÄ GMDSS TGS 5000 simulator authentically simulates SAILOR 6000 console and excellently displays usage of communications between ships and shore stations. System of simulator is adaptable to be used onboard operational ships and at maritime universitys, as well as shipping company offices, in case of gaining, testing or maintaining of the radio coumunication knowledge.
