Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađeni su oceanografski i meteorološki podatci vezani za geografsko područje Jadranskog mora, a koji su od velike važnosti za sigurnost plovidbe. Opisane su i definirane znanstvene discipline oceanografija i meteorologija, kao i njihova podjela na grane, s posebnim naglaskom na one vezane za pomorstvo. Uz oceanografske podatke navedeni su i opisani meteorološki podatci koji se vežu za klimu, temperatura zraka, naoblaku, oborine, relativnu vlažnost, tlak zraka i tipične vjetrove koji se javljaju na geografskom području Jadranskog mora. U samom zaključku rada naglašena je važnost Peljara kao službene navigacijske publikacije u odnosu na ostalu korištenu literaturu, u kojem su prikazani podaci korišteni za vrijedne upute za što sigurniju plovidbu Jadranskim morem.
Abstract (english)
Oceanographic and meteorological data, which are very important for safe navigation, connected to the geographical area of the Adriatic Sea are presented in this work. The scientific disciplines of oceanography and meteorology are described and defined, as well as their division into branches, whit special emphasis on those related to the maritime affairs. In addition to oceanographic data, meteorological data related to climate, air temperature, clouds, precipitation, relative humidity, air pressure and typical winds that occur in the geographical area of the Adriatic Sea are also described. In the conclusion of the work, the importance of the Pilot as an official navigation publication in relation to other used literature was emphasized, in which the data used for valuable instructions for the safest navigation in the Adriatic Sea are presented.
