Abstract
Pomorski agent je pravna ili fizička osoba koja na temelju opće ili posebne punomoći obavlja poslove zastupanja, posredovanja i pomaganja u pomorskom poslovanju u ime i za račun nalogodavca, a nalogodavac se obvezuje agentu nadoknaditi troškove i isplatiti mu nagradu. U radu se analizira status pomorskog agenta u domaćem zakonodavstvu, temeljna terminologija, zaduženja koja agent ima i obveze koje mora činiti u skladu sa legislativnim aktima. Cilj rada je istražiti odnos zakonodavca prema pomorskom agentu te, u skladu sa navedenim, opseg poslova koje smije i mora obavljati.
Abstract (english)
Maritime Agent is a legal or natural person who, on the basis of general or special power of attorney, carries out representation, mediation and assistance in maritime affairs on behalf of the Principal undertakes to compensate the agent for the costs and pay him the reward. This project analyzes the status of a maritime agent in the domestic legislation, the basic terminology, the duties that the agent has and the obligations to be performed in accordance with the legislative acts. The aim of the project is to investigate the relationship of the legislator to the maritime agent and in accordance with te above, the scope of the work that can and must be performed.
