Abstract
Ergonomija je složenica grčkih riječi ergon što znači ljudski rad i nomos što znači zakon ili pravilo. Definira se kao interdisciplinarno znanstveno područje u kojem se proučavaju načini optimalnog usklađivanja odnosa prilikom rada, između čovjeka, radnog mjesta i uvjeta rada. Ergonomske pretpostavke sve su prisutniji čimbenik sigurne plovidbe i učinkovitog upravljanja brodom. Današnja razina razvoja tehnologije zahtjeva i visoku razinu svijesti o potrebi ergonomskog oblikovanja navigacijske opreme, odnosno prikladnog dizajna prvenstveno zapovjedničkog mosta kao operativnog središta broda. Također je potrebno konstantno usavršavanje znanja u primjeni opreme i uređaja, budući da se baš nedostatak tih znanja pokazao kao čest uzrok pomorskih nezgoda.
Abstract (english)
Ergonomics is a compound of Greek words;ergon which means human work and nomos which means law or rule. It is defined as an interdisciplinary field of science in which optimal ways of harmonizing relations at work between man, working place and working conditions are being studied.Ergonomic assumptions are increasingly common factor in safe navigation and efficient management of the ship.The current level of technology development requires a high level of awareness when it comes to demand for ergonomics or suitable design, primarily the bridge as the operational center of the ship.Continuous improvement of knowledge in the application software and device is also necessary, since it’s proved that the lack of knowledge in this field is the most common cause of maritime accidents.
